Imagine a place where innovation, creativity, food, live performance, and art live all year round. Imagine it in the historic, beloved Globe Building in a neighborhood in renaissance. Chef Nordo has imagined it and built it!

Welcome to Nordo's Culinarium in Pioneer Square at the corner of Main & Nord Alley, former home to the Elliott Bay Book Company. Nordo's Culinarium not only hosts Café Nordo's immersive theatrical experiences but is also a crossroads between the culinary and performing arts.

The Culinarium is open year round with two “Main Stage Shows” and other exciting programs that are a playground for other artists and chefs to come together, creating an unparalleled arts experience in Seattle.

dining, bar + Dietary restrictions

Our venue and all shows are 21+. A full service bar menu is available an hour prior to most shows. Here we tempt you with innovative craft cocktails and fine wine offerings specially chosen for each experience.

All menus are specially designed as a part of the Nordo experience. Everything on your plate is chosen for a reason by Chef Nordo and is intiegral to the storytelling at the Culinarium. While we are unable to offer "show-only" tickets, a vegetarian option is always offered on the menu. Just notify your server upon arrival.

If you have other dietary restrictions or allergies we may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. A surcharge may apply, as special diets require speciality ingredients and prep time. Email at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival.

Our historic building is ADA friendly and wheelchair accessible via our secondary entrance on Nord Alley. The main entrance on Main Street has a four inch step-up that we are happy to assist you with, and our secondary entrance has no step with a 36 inch wide door. All seating and restrooms in the venue are wheelchair accessible.

If you have any questions, concerns or would like to inquire about how we can assist you, please contact
