Dietary Restrictions

All menus are specially designed as a part of the Nordo experience. Everything on your plate is chosen for a reason by Chef Nordo and is intiegral to the storytelling at the Culinarium. While we are unable to offer "show-only" tickets, a vegetarian option is always offered on the menu. Just notify your server upon arrival.

If you have other dietary restrictions or allergies we may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. A surcharge may apply, as special diets require speciality ingredients and prep time. Email chefnordo@cafenordo.com at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival.
