For the first time, Nordo is offering a cooking class with our Executive Chef Erin Brindley to explore the wild and delicious techniques on display in her mind-bending menus. To keep the evening saucy, our incredible wine steward Tom Hajduck will be on hand to pour wines from the Sommelier’s Flight designed for the show. At the end, we will all sit down for a family meal to enjoy the fruits of our labor.
