As June begins, the sun sets after 9pm in Seattle. The sky itself will be our main menu for pairing. For this tasting, we will venture well beyond the typical pairing of wine with food: what wine goes with sunset? And what wine to have with twilight? We will explore engaging flavors and how a tasting profile can bring us to an exhilarating, unforgettable moment. Attendees in the Greater Seattle Area will receive a tasting kit delivered to their homes as well as first dibs at purchasing these beautiful wines after the event. +21 Must be 21+ to participate.
