After years of presenting culinary masterpieces in such unlikely venues as a chocolate factory, a former museum, and even (weirdly enough!) a theatre, Chef Nordo Lefesczki has finally found a permanent home, and can tell his story of a personal journey from soup to nuts and beyond.
Through the eyes of the food writer who first discovered him, we meet his trusty sous-chef, known only as Sancho, and witness the duels and dreams that helped shape Nordo into the brilliant megalomaniac he is today.
Featuring a nine-course Midwestern Tapas* menu, live original music, a five glass wine flight of Spanish varietals specially selected by Nordo’s sommelier, and the adventures of Don Nordo and Sancho as they battle the theology of bland cuisine.

*Midwestern Tapas: /ˈtapəs/ (n) a wide variety of small, shareable plates in Spanish cuisine inspired by Midwestern food.
